HomeMy Public PortalAbout07311 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7311 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 87070 (Lincord Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 87070 (Lincord Drive). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 87070 (Lincord Drive) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 LINCORD DRIVE SUBDISTRICT NO. 87070 Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 15 of "Concord Place", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 48 Page 26 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of Lot 15 to the northwest corner; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lot 15 a distance of 9.14 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a straight line to a point in the north line of Lot 10 of "Concord Place" said point being 29.95 feet eastwardly from the northwest corner of Lot 10, thence northwardly along a straight line to a point in the north line of Lot 7 of "Concord Place", said point being 39.09 feet eastwardly from the northwest corner of Lot 7; thence northwardly along a straight line to a point in the north line of Lot 5 of "Concord Place", said point being 31.78 feet eastwardly from the northwest corner of Lot 5; thence northwardly along a line parallel to the west line of Lot 4 of "Concord Place", 100.01 feet to a point in the north line of said Lot 4; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lot 4, 24.70 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a line parallel to the west line of Lot 3 of "Concord Place", 124.99 feet to a point; thence eastwardly along a line parallel to the north line of Lot 3, 14.70 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a line parallel to the west line of Lot 2 of "Concord Place", 150.01 feet to a point, thence eastwardly along a straight line, 170.75 feet to a point in 3 the west line of Lincord Drive, 50 feet wide; thence southwardly along the west line of Lincord Drive, 64.79 feet to its intersection with a line 110.00 feet north of and parallel to the north line of Lot 30 of "Concord Place", thence eastwardly along a line 110.00 feet north of and parallel to the north line of Lot 30, 283.03 feet to a point in the east line of "Concord Place"; thence southwardly along the east line of "Concord Place" to the southeast corner of Lot 19 of "Concord Place"; thence westwardly along the south line of Lot 19 to the southwest corner of said Lot 19; thence westwardly along a straight line to the northeast corner of Lot 15 of "Concord Place"; thence southwestwardly along the east line of Lot 15, 60.93 feet to a point of curve; thence continuing southwardly along the east line of Lot 15 and along a curve to the left having a radius of 50 feet, 43.67 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 15; thence westwardly along the south line of Lot 15 of "Concord Place" to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 25, 1987.
