AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for project costs for
the construction of sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 63
(Carson Road - 86045), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Twenty-five Thousand Fifty-five Dollars ($25,055.00),
and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, and allowance for construction change orders
is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($4,945.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Maintenance Repairs No. 63 (Carson Road - 86045), in the City
of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 25, 1987.
