AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-one Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($21,800.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Maintenance
Repairs No. 80B (1840 Debra Lynn Court) 87109, in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-one and 50/100
Dollars ($18,531.50), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges, and
allowance for construction change orders is Three Thousand Two
Hundred Sixty-eight and 50/100 Dollars ($3,268.50),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-one Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($21,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 80B (1840 Debra Lynn
Court) 87109, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 25, 1987.
