AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-seven Thousand One
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($27,150.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Marlboro to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Belton
#1529, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers in Twenty-two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-eight Dollars
($22,528.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-two
Dollars ($4,622.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand One
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($27,150.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Marlboro to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Belton #1529 (87067), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 25, 1987.
