O R D I N A N C E NO. 7319
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($32,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Maintenance
Repairs No. 23C (S-2178, C-1314), in the City of Ferguson,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Twenty-seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars
($27,440.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty
Dollars ($4,760.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($32,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 23C (S-2178, C-1314), in the
City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 25, 1987.
