AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 11 and 12 of Isabelle Place, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of five (5) foot wide sewer
easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
A portion of the five (5) foot easement along the East line
of Lot 11 and a portion of the five (5) foot easement
along the West line of Lot 12 commencing at the
Southeast corner of Lot 11 of said subdivision also
being the Southwest corner of Lot 12; thence North 7
degrees 32 minutes East along the line between Lots 11
and 12 of said subdivision 21.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the following described centerline of said
ten (10) foot wide easement to be vacated; thence North
7 degrees 32 minutes East continuing along the
aforementioned lot line 79.00 feet to the terminal
point of said easement, as recorded in Plat Book 70,
Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
