AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 17 and 21 of Dornewood Place II in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Dornewood Place II as recorded
in Plat Book 266 Page 60. Parcel 1 being part of a ten
foot (10') wide easement in Lot 17. Parcel 2 being
part of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 21.
Parcel 1 - the west four (4) feet of a ten (10) foot
wide easement along the East line of the
aforementioned Lot 17, EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the North ten (10) feet of said ten (10) foot
wide easement, and also EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the South ten (10) feet of said ten (10) foot
wide easement.
Parcel 2 - The west four (4) feet of a ten (10) foot
wide easement along the East line of the
aforementioned Lot 21, EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the North twenty five (25) feet of said ten
(10) foot wide easement, and also EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the South ten (10) feet of said ten
(10) foot wide easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
