AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 8 of Amended Plat of Lots 8 through 17 of the
"Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Chesterfield Industrial Park", in
Township 45 North - Range 3 East and 4 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the East line of Chesterfield Industrial Boulevard, 40 feet wide; said point being the Southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence North 08 degrees 19 minutes 15 seconds West 144.94 feet along said East line of Chesterfield Industrial Boulevard to a point; thence North 78 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds East 10.01 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 08 degrees 19 minutes 15 seconds West 35.04 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds East 62.00 feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 11 minutes 01 second East 4.00 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds East 16.00 feet to a point; thence North 11 degrees 11 minutes 01 second West 4.00 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds East 40.23 feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 11 minutes 01 second East 35.00 feet to a point; thence South 78 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds West 119.99 feet to the actual point of beginning as recorded in Plat Book 206, Page 66 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
