AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in an alley in Block A of Maple Lawn Subdivision,
Township 45 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the subject alley, and this District has no further use for this
alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described alley: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of the above said alley with the Easterly line of Big Bend Boulevard, 83 feet wide, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 28 of the above said Block A; thence in an Easterly direction along said Northerly line of the alley, and along the Southerly line of Lot 25 through 28 of said Block A and making a counter-clockwise angle of 89 degrees 55 minutes from said Easterly line of Big Bend Boulevard 145.20 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 25; thence in a Southerly direction and making a counter-clockwise angle of 90 degrees 05 minutes from the last said course 12.00 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said alley, said point being the Northeasterly corner of Lot 32 of the above said Block A; thence in a Westerly direction along said Southerly line of the alley and along the Northerly line of Lots 29 through 32, and making a counter-clockwise angle of 89 degrees 55 minutes from the last said course 145.20 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 29, said point also being on the above said Easterly line of Big Bend Boulevard; thence in a Northerly direction along said Easterly line of Big Bend Boulevard and making a counter-clockwise angle of 90 degrees 05 minutes from the last said course 12.00 feet to the Point of Beginning as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
