AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Thirteen
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($413,500.00) from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Lynn Haven Sanitary Relief
Sewer (87014), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Three Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Four Dollars
($389,004.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, and allowance for construction change orders
is Twenty-four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-six Dollars
($24,496.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($413,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Lynn Haven Sanitary
Relief Sewer (87014), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
