AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in Lynn Haven
Sanitary Relief Sewer (87014), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Lynn Haven Sanitary Relief Sewer (87014), in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of
November, 1987 and formally executed on the 24th day of November,
1987 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
