AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN R-2 ONE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICTS
OF ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as
follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 21, Section .01 more specifically as provided
for in Article 20, Section .021 of Ordinance No. 2325-1968 commonly known as
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following described
real estate is allowed as a Special Use to -wit: Nursing Home Facility located
at the Rear of 1238 Sylvan Nook Drive, Richmond, Indiana and the rear of 1406
Sylvan Nook Drive, Richmond, Indiana.
Being a part of Northwest 28-14-1W, Containing approximately 11.8
acres, more or less, together with an easement for ingress and egress
to said tract from Sylvan Nook Drive.
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an additional
restriction on said use, the following requirements shall hereafter and at all
times be met by the owner, leasee or any person, firm or corporation using
such real estate.
(Conditions to be made following Plan Commission recommendations.)

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is here
by authorized and directed upon enactment and publication of this ordinance,
to record and approve the issuance of a permit for the establishment of the use
herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law required.
