AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($31,225.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for project costs for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 80 (87052), in the
Cities of Hazelwood, Florissant, St. Ann, Edmundson, and Woodson
Terrace, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said inlets,
manholes, and pipe is Twenty-six Thousand Four Hundred Sixty
Dollars ($26,460.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-
five Dollars ($4,765.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($31,225.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the
construction of inlets, manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs
No. 80 (87052), in the Cities of Hazelwood, Florissant, St. Ann,
Edmundson, and Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
