AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of inlets, manholes, and
pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 80A (87104), in the City of
Florissant and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 80A (87104), in the
City of Florissant and St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 16th day of November, 1987 and formally executed
on the 24th day of November, 1987 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
