AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Two Hundred
Fifteen Dollars ($20,215.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 80C (87151), in the City of St. Ann,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Fifty-three and 50/100
Dollars ($17,153.50), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Three Thousand Sixty-one and 50/100
Dollars ($3,061.50),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Two Hundred
Fifteen Dollars ($20,215.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 80C (87151), in the
City of St. Ann, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
