AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay the District's share of the
construction of the Ladue Road/Brookside Lane stormwater project,
in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Ladue, Missouri has undertaken
said stormwater project, and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute one-half
(1/2) of the costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the total costs of said project are One
Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay
the District's share of the construction of the Ladue
Road/Brookside Lane stormwater project, in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1987.
