AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN A R-3 ONE -TO -EIGHT FAMILY RESIDEN-
TIAL DISTRICT OF ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 22, Section 22.011 and in Article 48 and more
specifically provided for in Article 41, Section 41.012 of Ordinance No. 2325-
1968, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
the following described use of the following described real estate is allowed as
a Special Use for accessory off-street parking, located at 1445,1447 & 1448 Harris
Street and 317, 319 $ 321 North West "N" Street in the City of Richmond, Indiana;
more particularly described; to -wit:
Lots No. 117 and 118 and 80 feet off of entire north end of Lots
No. 119 and 120, Fairview Heights Addition to the City of Rich-
mond, Indiana.
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an addiitional
restriction on said use, the following requirements shall hereafter and at all
times be met by the owner, leasee or any person, firm or corporation using such
real estate:

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is here-
by authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of this ordinance, to
record and approve the issuance of a permit for the establishment of the use here-
in allowed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law required.
