AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in The Marketplace in
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to
the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following ten foot (10') wide easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning in the Northern line of "The Marketplace" as
aforesaid distance South 72 degrees 16 minutes 49 seconds
West, 482.94 feet from the Northeastern corner; thence
along the centerline of a 10.00 foot wide strip South 17
degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds East, 41.39 feet to an
angle point; thence continuing along said centerline
South 72 degrees 16 minutes 49 seconds West, 72.00 feet
to an angle point; thence continuing along said
centerline South 27 degrees 16 minutes 49 seconds West,
313.54 feet to a point of ending in the Eastern line of a
10.00 foot wide easement conveyed to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 7589, Pages
1909 and 1910 of the St. Louis County Records, as
recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 58 and Plat Book 261,
Page 19 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
