AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Brooks Grading
& Excavation, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Southwoods Relief (87132), in the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Brooks Grading & Excavation, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Southwoods Relief (87132), in the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 19th day of November, 1987 and formally
executed on the 8th day of December, 1987 by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
