AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty-nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($139,900.00) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the
restoration of bar rack systems in Bar Rack Systems Improvements
Lemay No. 1 Pump Station (88034), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, and for resident engineering services required for said
project.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is One Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Dollars
($103,100.00), and the cost of engineering, advertisement costs,
and allowance for construction change orders is Fourteen Thousand
Five Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($14,577.00),and
WHEREAS, the cost of resident engineering services
required for said project is Twenty-two Thousand Two Hundred
Twenty-three Dollars ($22,223.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($139,900.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project
costs for the restoration of bar rack systems in Bar Rack Systems
Improvements Lemay No. 1 Pump Station (88034), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, and for additional engineering services required
for said project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
