AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Schuster
Engineering, Inc. for the restoration of bar rack systems in Bar
Rack Systems Improvements Lemay No. 1 Pump Station (88034), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Schuster Engineering, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the restoration of bar rack systems in Bar
Rack Systems Improvements Lemay No. 1 Pump Station (88034), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St.Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of
November, 1987 and formally executed on the 8th day of December,
1987 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
