AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Fifty-
eight Dollars ($26,058.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of inlets, manholes, and pipe
in Maintenance Repairs No. 29E (S-2307, C-1317), in the Cities of
Dellwood and Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said inlets,
manholes, and pipe is Twenty-one Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-
seven Dollars ($21,277.00), and the cost of engineering,
inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, and
allowance for construction change orders is Four Thousand Seven
Hundred Eighty-one Dollars ($4,781.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Fifty-
eight Dollars ($26,058.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29E (S-2307, C-
1317), in the Cities of Dellwood and Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
