AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-five Dollars ($6,235.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used
for project costs for the construction of inlets, manholes, and
pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29E (S-2307, C-1317), in the City
of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said inlets,
manholes, and pipe is Five Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-five
Dollars ($5,575.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Six Hundred Sixty Dollars ($660.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-five Dollars ($6,235.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of inlets, manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29E (S-
2307, C-1317), in the City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
