AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($7,396.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of inlets, manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29E (S-
2307, C-1317), in the City of Wellston, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said inlets,
manholes, and pipe is Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-five Dollars
($6,655.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for construction
change orders is Seven Hundred Forty-one Dollars ($741.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Ninety-six Dollars ($7,396.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the construction of inlets, manholes, and pipe in Maintenance
Repairs No. 29E (S-2307, C-1317), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
