AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of inlets, manholes, and
pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29E (S-2307, C-1317), in the
Cities of Bridgeton, Dellwood, Ferguson, Overland and Wellston,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29E (S-2307, C-
1317), in the Cities of Bridgeton, Dellwood, Ferguson, Overland,
and Wellston, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
October, 1987 and formally executed on the 8th day of December,
1987 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1987.
