AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in Lot
4 of Graeser Estates and in Section 11 in Township 45 North, Range
5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:.
Section One. The following portion of an easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 4 of the Graeser Estates
subdivision; thence Easterly along the Northern property line
of said Lot 4 an arc distance of 20.25 feet to a point;
thence Southeasterly along a line, bearing S 14o 13'26" E, a
distance of 10.02 feet to a point of beginning. Thence
Easterly along an arc having a radius of 64.00 feet, and
parallel to the Northern property line of said Lot 4, a
distance of 8.59 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly along
a line bearing S 12o 34'45" E, a distance of 123.13 feet to a
point; thence Southwesterly along a line, bearing S 77o
26'57" W, a distance of 4.98 feet to a point; thence
Northwesterly along a line, bearing N 14o 13'26" W, a
distance of 121.83 feet to the point of beginning; said
vacated tract containing 0.019 acres, as recorded in Plat
Book 156, Page 73 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1988.
