HomeMy Public PortalAbout07360 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7360 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Audubon Village, Plat One, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Village Hills Parkway (variable width) with the centerline of Audubon Village Drive (variable width); thence North 14 degrees 38 minutes 37 seconds West along the centerline of said Village Hills Parkway 117.91 feet; thence South 75 degrees 21 minutes 23 seconds West 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described easement, said point being on a curve to the left; thence in a Southwesterly direction along said curve to the left which has a radius point bearing South 31 degrees 21 minutes 44 seconds East 73.00 feet, an arc distance of 73.11 feet; thence South 75 degrees 21 minutes 23 seconds West 17.79 feet; thence South 14 degrees 38 minutes 37 seconds East 20.00 feet; thence North 75 degrees 21 minutes 23 seconds East 25.00 feet to a point on a curve to the right; thence in a Northeasterly direction along said curve to the right which has a radius point bearing North 75 degrees 21 minutes 23 seconds East 63.00 feet, an arc distance of 77.55 feet; thence North 14 degrees 38 minutes 37 seconds West 10.52 feet to the Point of Beginning as recorded in Plat Book 251, Pages 34 and 35 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1988.
