HomeMy Public PortalAbout07361 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7361 AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 23 and 24, of Barby Lane, the west half of Lot 13 of Boschert's Addition and the Rights of Way of part of McKnight Road, and part of West Kingsbury Avenue, in the City of University City, St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:. Section One. The following described sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Three parcels of land located in University City, Missouri. Parcel 1 being a twelve (12) foot wide storm easement recorded in Deed Book 3655, Page 380 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being a part of a ten (10) foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 3 being those sewer easements in Sections 8 and 9, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, City of University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1. Beginning at a point on the West line of McKnight Road located 153 feet North of the intersection of the North line of West Kingsbury Avenue, 40 feet wide, with the West line of McKnight Road; thence West and parallel to said North line of West Kingsbury Avenue a distance of 25 feet to a point; thence North and parallel to the West line of said McKnight Road a distance of 12 feet to a point; thence East and parallel to said North line of West Kingsbury Avenue a distance of 25 feet to a point on the West line of said McKnight Road; thence South along said West line of McKnight Road 12 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2. A ten foot (10') wide easement over the Easternmost 10 feet of Lot 24 of "BARBY LANE", a subdivision recorded in P.B. 61 Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records and a ten foot (10') wide easement over the Southernmost 10 feet of Lot 23 and Lot 24 of said "BARBY LANE", said ten foot (10') wide easements as established by P.B. 61 Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 3. A tract of land being part of West Kingsbury Avenue, 40 feet wide, and part of McKnight Road, 60 feet wide, in Sections 8 and 9, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, City of University City, St. Louis County, Missouri, said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line of Lot 12 of Boschert's Addition to Clayton recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37 of the St. Louis County Records and the West line of McKnight Road, 60 feet wide; thence along the West line of McKnight Road 60 feet wide North 00o 48' 09" East 184.73 feet to a point being the intersection of the West line of McKnight Road and the South line of said West Kingsbury Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence along the South line of West Kingsbury Avenue North 89o 37' 42" West 396.88 feet to a point being the Southern prolongation of the centerline of Lot 17 of Boschert's Addition to Clayton; thence along said Southern prolongation North 00o 59' 23" East 40.00 feet to a point on the North line of West Kingsbury Avenue; thence along said North line of West Kingsbury Avenue South 89o 37' 42" East 396.75 feet to a point being the intersection of the North line of West Kingsbury Avenue and the West line of McKnight Road; thence along the West line of said McKnight Road North 00o 48'09" East 306.73 feet to a point on the West line of the Inner Belt Expressway (Missouri State Highway 725); thence along the West line of said Inner Belt Expressway, South 24o 12' 23" East 75.84 feet to a point; thence continuing along said West line South 89o 31' 59" East 27.94 feet to a point on the East line of McKnight Road; thence along said East line of McKnight Road South 00o 48' 09" West 462.78 feet; thence continuing along said East line South 00o 46' 53" West 2.84 feet to a point; thence leaving said East line of McKnight Road North 85o 57' 17" West 50.08 feet; thence North 89o 45' 03" West 10.00 feet to a point on the West line of McKnight Road being the point of beginning.
