HomeMy Public PortalAbout07364 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7364 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($30,675.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Atwater- Dellwood Extension Storm Sewer (87071), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri. WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of storm sewers is Twenty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-three Dollars ($27,923.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, easement fees, and allowance for construction change orders is Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-two Dollars ($2,752.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Ten Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($10,225.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and WHEREAS, the City of Dellwood, Missouri has agreed to contribute Ten Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($10,225.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is and unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($30,675.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Atwater-Dellwood Extension Storm Sewer (87071), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1988. -2-
