AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Atwater-
Dellwood Extension Storm Sewer (87071), in the City of Dellwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Atwater-Dellwood Extension Storm Sewer (87071), in the City of
Dellwood, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of
December, 1987 and formally executed on the 22nd day of December,
1987 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1988.
