AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Forest View Wastewater Treatment Sanitary Force Main and Pump
Station (87083), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Forest View Wastewater Treatment Sanitary Force Main and Pump
Station (87083), in St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 15th day of June, 1987 and formally executed on
the 8th day of September, 1987 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1988.
