AN ORDINANCE, renewing The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District's contract with Group Health Plan of Greater St. Louis
for the District's Employee Health Care Program for the period
February 1, 1988 to January 31, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District's contract with Group Health Plan of Greater St. Louis
for the District's Employee Health Care Program is hereby renewed
for the period February 1, 1988 to January 31, 1989.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1988.
