AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lots 10, 11 and 12 of Hartwigs Second Subdivision, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Three parcels of land located in Lots 10, 11 and 12 of Hartwigs Second Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 56 of the St. Louis County Records: Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point in the southern line of the aforesaid Lot 10, said point being distant along the southern line of said Lot 10, South 89o38'00" East, a distance of 42.24 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 10, thence along the centerline of the aforesaid 10 foot wide strip, North 05o14'39" West, a distance of 85.41 feet to the ending point of said centerline, said point lying in the northern line of the aforesaid Lot 10, and being distant along said northern line, South 89o38'00" East, a distance of 41.00 feet from the northwest corner of said Lot 10. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point in the southern line of the aforesaid Lot 11, said point being distant along said southern line South 89o38'00" East, a distance of 41.00 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 11, thence along the centerline of the aforesaid 10 foot wide strip, North 05o14'39" West, a distance of 85.40 feet to the ending point of said centerline, said point lying in the northern line of the aforesaid Lot 11, and being distant along said northern line South 89o38'00" East, a distance of 35.07 feet from the northwest corner of said Lot 11. Parcel 3 - Beginning at a point in the southern line of the aforesaid Lot 12, said point being distant along said southern line South 89o38'00" East, a distance of 35.07 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 12, thence along said centerline, North 05o14'39" West, a distance
of 82.97 feet to the ending point, said point being distant South 05o14'39" East a distance of 5.00 feet from the northern line of said Lot 12, and North 85o19'22" East, a distance of 29.00 feet along the northern line of said Lot 12 from the northwest corner thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1988.
