AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in Dunhill
Farm, Lots 36, 37 and 38 Plat 3 in Township 45 North, Range 4
East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One The following portions of Ten Foot (10')
wide easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Four parcels of land located in Lots 36, 37 and 38 of Dunhill Farm in the Village of Clarkson Valley, St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1 and 2 being a part of a ten (10') foot wide easement in Lot 36 of Dunhill Farm as recorded in Plat Book 264, Pages 16 through 19 of the St. Louis County Records Parcel 3 being part of a ten (10') foot wide easement in Lot 37 of said Dunhill Farm. Parcel 4 being part of a ten (10') foot wide easement in Lot 38 of said Dunhill Farm. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Devonsbrook Drive with the South line of said Lot 36 of "Dunhill Farm"l thence Westwardly along said South line of Lot 36 of "Dunhill Farm" North 63 degrees 33 minutes 07 seconds West 182.26 feet to a point; thence North 66 degrees 17 minutes 48 seconds East 13.02 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 63 degrees 33 minutes 07 seconds West 6.51 feet to a point; thence North 66 degrees 17 minutes 48 seconds East 26.25 feet to a point; thence South 45 degrees 22 minutes 05 seconds East 10.76 feet to a point; thence South 66 degrees 17 minutes 48 seconds West 21.88 feet to a point; thence North 63 degrees 33 minutes 07 seconds West 6.51 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said Lot 36 of "Dunhill Farm" with the North line of Devonsbrook Drive; thence Northwardly along said East line of Lot 36 of "Dunhill Farm" North 08 degrees 44 minutes 07 seconds West 133.76 feet to a point; thence South 66 degrees 17 minutes 48 seconds West 5.18 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 08 degrees 44 minutes 07 seconds East 5.18 feet to a
