AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 4 and 9 of Block 1 of Crystal Spring Subdivision in U.S.
Surveys 406 and 1203, Township 46 North, Range 5 and 6 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
The portions of 10 foot and 15 foot wide sewer
easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 9; thence along the Southeastern line of Lot 9, South 51 degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds West, 15.60 feet to a point; thence leaving said lot line and running the following bearings and distances: North 54 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West, 255.18 feet; South 16 degrees 05 minutes 03 seconds East, 38.12 feet; North 54 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West, 16.25 feet; North 16 degrees 05 minutes 03 seconds West, 38.12 feet; North 54 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West, 83.25 feet; North 26 degrees 42 minutes 01 second West, 16.39 feet to a point of curve; thence Northwestwardly along a curve to the left having a radius of 155.00 feet an arc distance of 18.39 feet (the chord of which bears North 30 degrees 05 minutes 55 seconds West, 18.38 feet) to a point located on the Northeastern line of said Lot 4 of "Crystal Spring Subdivision"; thence along the Northeastern line of Lots 4 through 9, South 54 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East, 390.32 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 5257, Page 1 and Book 5263, Page 277 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1988.
