AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Page Park Place,
Plat 2 and in U. S. Survey 357 in Township 46 North, Range 5
East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following Ten Foot (10') wide easements
are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the line between Lots 7 and 8 of Page Park Place Plat 2 said point being 20.19 feet bearing North 50 degrees 00 minutes 59 seconds West of the Southeast corner of Lot 8; thence on a line bearing North 32 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 10.09 feet; thence on a line bearing North 50 degrees 00 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 362.11 feet; thence on a line bearing South 89 degrees 38 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 78.60 feet; thence on a line bearing South 0 degrees 11 minutes East a distance of 10.76 feet to a point of curve; thence on a line curving to the right with a radius of 240 feet for an arc distance of 9.24 feet, having a chord distance of 9.24 feet bearing South 0 degrees 55 minutes 11 seconds West; thence on a line bearing North 89 degrees 38 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 71.50 feet; thence on a line bearing South 50 degrees 00 minutes 59 seconds East a distance of 357.49 feet; thence on a line bearing North 32 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 10.09 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 261, Page 80 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1988.
