AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc., for the construction of a paved channel in Channel Repairs
No. 8 (S-2217, C-1318), in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a paved channel in
Channel Repairs No. 8 (S-2217, C-1318), in the City of Olivette,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of December,
1987 and formally executed on the 12th day of January, 1988 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1988.
