AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Byrne & Jones
Enterprises, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Town &
Country No. 7297 (87046), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director of Byrne & Jones Enterprises, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Town & Country No. 7297 (87046), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 30th day of December, 1987 and
formally executed on the 12th day of January, 1988 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1988.
