AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc., for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 87081 (Heintz & New Baumgartner), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Subdistrict No. 87081 (Heintz & Baumgartner), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of January,
1988, and formally executed on the 12th day of January, 1988, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1988.
