An Ordinance authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to enter into a contract with North American
Life and Casualty Company to provide life insurance benefits for
all regular employees of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
for the period of February 1, 1988 to January 31, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
North American Life and Casualty Company to provide life insurance
benefits for all regular employees of the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District for the period of February 1, 1988 to January 31,
1989.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1988.
