AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
the construction of a sanitary sewer and appurtenances by Byron
Pinson, across certain District property in St. Louis County,
Missouri, in Lot 43 of Clifton Heights, Township 43 North, Range 6
East, as recorded in Book 7263 Page 845 of the St. Louis County
Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for the construction of a sanitary sewer and
appurtenances by Byron Pinson across certain District property in
St. Louis County, Missouri, in Lot 43 of Clifton Heights, Township
43 North, Range 6 East, as recorded in Book 7263 Page 845 of the
St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 24, 1988.
