AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
adjusted Parcel A of the Boundary Adjustment plat of Lots 14, 15
and 16 of High Ridge Heights Addition, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide
sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Southwestern line of Dorsett Road, 60.00 feet wide distant North 62 degrees 01 minutes West 92.00 feet from the Northeastern corner of said adjusted Parcel "A"; thence along the Southeastern line of said easement as established in Plat Book 46 Page 13 of the St. Louis County Records, South 28 degrees 24 minutes West 449.50 feet to the Southwestern line of said adjusted Parcel "A"; thence along the Southwestern line of said adjusted Parcel "A", North 61 degrees 50 minutes 48 seconds West 10.00 feet; thence along the Northwestern line of said easement, North 28 degrees 24 minutes East 449.50 feet to the Southwestern line of said Dorsett Road; thence along the Southwestern line of said Dorsett Road, South 62 degrees 01 minutes East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Plat Book 263 Page 59 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 24, 1988.
