AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a street in Florissant Hills, in the City of
Jennings, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described street:
Two parcels of land located in "Florissant Hills" as
recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point in the East line of Willett Drive, 50 feet wide, also being the Northwest corner of Lot 5 in Block 5 of "Florissant Hills" subdivision; thence along the Northwest line of said Lot 5 South 29 degrees 26 minutes West 93.96 feet to the point of curvature; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 20 feet a distance of 28.47 feet to a point of tangency in the North line of Florissant Avenue, 100 feet wide; thence along the North line of Florissant Avenue, North 52 degrees 07 minutes West 42.52 feet to the centerline of Willett Drive, 50 feet wide; thence North 29 degrees, 26 minutes East along said centerline 111.21 feet to a point in the South line of an alley, 20 feet wide; thence along said South line of an alley, South 52 degrees 07 minutes East 25.27 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point in the West line of Willett Drive, 50 feet wide, also being the Northeast corner of Lot 1 in Block 4 of said "Florissant Hills" Subdivision; thence South
52 degrees 07 minutes East 25.27 feet along the South line of a 20 foot wide alley to the centerline of said Willett Drive; thence South 29 degrees 26 minutes West along said centerline 111.21 feet to a point in the North line of Florissant Avenue, 100 feet wide; thence along said North line of Florissant Avenue, North 52 degrees 07 minutes West 48.47 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 20 feet a distance of 34.37 feet in a Northeastwardly direction, to a point of tangency; thence along the East line of said Lot 1, North 29 degrees 26 minutes East 88.02 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records.
