AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Federal Insurance
Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for the District's
Fiduciary Liability Insurance coverage from March 8, 1988 to July
1, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Federal Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Fiduciary Liability Insurance
coverage, at and for an annual premium of Four Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety Seven Dollars ($4,397.00) for such policy period,
is hereby awarded the contract for such liability coverage from
March 8, 1988 to July 1, 1988.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 24, 1988.
