AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Lots 2 and 4 of
"One Forty One Executive Center" in Section 24, Township 45 North,
Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following easements are hereby
vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 2; said point being South 83 degrees 31 minutes 42 seconds West 50.01 feet from the West line of One Forty One Executive Center Drive, 38 feet wide; thence South 05 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds East 19.40 feet to a point; thence South 78 degrees 35 minutes 16 seconds West 182.04 feet to a point; thence South 58 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds West 130.39 feet to a point; thence South 31 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds East 149.00 feet to a point; thence South 58 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds West 243.50 feet to a point; thence North 31 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 58 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds East 86.01 feet to a point; thence North 30 degrees 02 minutes 16 seconds East 10.38 feet to a point; thence North 58 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds East 133.39 feet to a point; thence North 31 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds West 154.00 feet to a point; thence North 58 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds East 124.50 feet to a point; thence North 31 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds West 218.13 feet to a point; thence North 32 degrees 55 minutes 22 seconds East 53.75 feet to a point; thence South 57 degrees 04 minutes 38 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 32 degrees 55 minutes 22 seconds West 47.49 feet to a point; thence South 31 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds East 211.87 feet to a point; thence North 58 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds East 14.37 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 35 minutes 16 seconds East 187.51 feet to a point; thence South 05 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds East 0.70 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 229, Pages 58 and 59 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1988.
