AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in U. S. Survey 1012
in Township 47 North, Range 7 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following ten foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of property conveyed to George H. Musterman, Trustee for George H. Musterman, Inc. Pension Plan by deed recorded in Book 8202, Page 552 of the St. Louis County Records; said point being also the Northeast corner of "Fox Manor Plat I-A", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 282 on September 15, 1971 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the boundary line between said George H. Musterman property and said "Fox Manor Plat I-A" the following courses and distances: South 02 degrees 58 minutes 11 seconds East 214.17 feet, South 78 degrees 55 minutes 59 seconds West 42.86 feet, South 11 degrees 21 minutes 16 seconds West 156.10 feet, South 63 degrees 12 minutes 26 seconds West 71.97 feet, North 58 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West 125.00 feet, South 79 degrees 02 minutes 04 seconds West 127.95 feet, South 37 degrees 28 minutes 22 seconds West 59.92 feet, South 28 degrees 23 minutes 48 seconds East 40.07 feet, South 74 degrees 10 minutes 04 seconds East 126.96 feet, and South 51 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds East 73.37 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 72 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds East 772.67 feet to a point; thence South 66 degrees 06 minutes 58 seconds East 115.00 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Coldwater Creek and the point of ending, as recorded in Deed book 6531, Page 1362 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1988.
