AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot A of Lot 1 of Colombo Subdivision, part of Lot 3 of
Eddie Estate Partition, U.S. Survey 2453, Township 44 North, Range
5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a ten foot (10') wide
sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: From the Southwest corner of Lot A of Lot 1 of Colombo Subdivision, part of Lot 3 of Eddie Estate Partition, St. Louis County, Missouri: Hence North 83 degrees 52 minutes East 10.0 feet to the point of beginning; hence North 6 degrees 6 minutes West 10 feet, hence North 83 degrees 52 minutes East 149.42 feet, hence South 6 degrees 8 minutes East 10.00 feet, hence South 83 degrees 52 minutes West 149.42 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 181, Page 100 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1988.
