AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Co., Ltd. for the construction of a vertical wall
channel in Fountain Creek Lower Sec. 2 (S-1323, C-1319). in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Co., Ltd. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of a vertical wall
channel in Fountain Creek Lower Sec. 2 (S-1323, C-1319), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th
day of January, 1988 and formally executed on the 23rd day of
February, 1988 by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby
confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1988.
