AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred One Thousand
Seven Hundred Dollars ($201,700.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Wellston to be
used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in
Ogden Ridge-M.L. King (85157), in the City of Wellston, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is One Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand One Hundred Forty-six
Dollars ($177,146.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement fees, and
allowance for construction change orders is Twenty-four Thousand
Five Hundred Fifty-four Dollars ($24,554.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred One Thousand Seven
Hundred dollars ($201,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Wellston to be used for project costs for the construction of
storm sewers in Ogden Ridge-M.L. King (85157), in the City of
Wellston, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1988.
