AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company, for the construction of storm sewers in Garden
Ave.-Burlington Northern R.R. to I-44 (86178). in the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Garden
Ave.-Burlington Northern R.R. to I-44 (86178), in the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of
February, 1988 and formally executed on the 23rd day of February,
1988 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1988.
